Leading scorer for PSU DuBois Patience McCullough
The Penn State DuBois women's basketball team dropped a 66-52 decision to Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Friday night. Wilkes-Barre pulled out to a 40-21 half time lead in the contest. PSUD rallied back in the second half, outscoring WB 31-26 but it wasn't enough as Wilkes-Barre collected the win.
PSUD was lead by two players in double figures, Patience McCullough with 15 and Mary Pillot added 11 points. Kiley Lewis lead the team with 7 rebounds.
This game was the first of a weekend PSUAC crossover game; followed by a visit to Worthinhton/Scranton on Saturday afternoon.
